SuTan is a certificate generation and verification platform for Indian trainers, institutes, corporate L&D teams, event organisers and academies. Upload a CSV, and every recipient receives a personalised certificate by email carrying a QR code that resolves to a permanent verification page. Paid plans have no monthly certificate limit and no per-certificate charge; the Free plan covers 100 certificates a month.
Upload a CSV of recipients, map your columns to the fields on your certificate design, and send. Each recipient gets a personalised certificate by email with its own QR code and verification link. There is no per-certificate charge on any paid plan.
The Free plan generates and downloads up to 20 certificates per batch as a print-ready PDF, at no cost. Bulk emailing — sending certificates directly to each recipient's inbox — requires a paid plan starting at Starter (Rs 499/month), since delivery runs through your own Gmail or SMTP account rather than a shared platform sender.
Yes. Every certificate carries a QR code that resolves to a hash-based verification page hosted for the lifetime of the certificate. Anyone can scan it to confirm the recipient name, issuing organisation and issue date without needing an account.
Yes. Verification runs off a permanent hash generated at issuance, hosted for the certificate's lifetime — no account needed to check it. Certificates are never deleted even if the issuing account is later closed, so a certificate stays verifiable long after it was issued.
Nothing changes on certificates already issued. Each certificate stores its own frozen copy of the template design at the moment it was created, so editing the template afterwards — a new logo, a different layout — only affects certificates issued after the edit, never ones already sent.
Yes, on the Pro plan and above. You can point a subdomain such as verify.yourbrand.com at SuTan, so verification pages render under your own domain, logo and policy links. Pro removes SuTan branding partially; Enterprise removes it fully and allows up to 5 custom domains.
Yes. Most customers design in Canva or a similar tool, export the blank design, and upload it to SuTan as a background. You then place the name, course, date and QR fields on top in the built-in designer.
Three differences. Paid plans are genuinely unlimited for a fixed monthly price rather than charged per certificate. It is built for Indian organisations, billed in rupees with UPI support. And CertAds turns every QR scan on a certificate you already issued into a promotional touchpoint for your next programme.
Yes. You can connect a Gmail account with OAuth or configure your own SMTP server, so certificates arrive from your address rather than a shared platform sender. This improves deliverability and keeps replies with you.
Yes. SuTan sits beside your ERP rather than replacing it. Export learner data from your ERP as a CSV and upload it, or connect a Google Sheet so new rows are picked up automatically.
Yes. Google Forms save every response into a linked Google Sheet automatically, and SuTan connects directly to that Sheet. New responses are detected on their own, so a webinar signup form, workshop attendance form or quiz score form can turn into certificates without anyone manually exporting a CSV.
Yes. Printed certificates can carry the same QR code, so recipients get a physical certificate to frame and a digital one to share on LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Contact support@sutan.in for print pricing.
