How it works

- Upload your certificate design, or start from a ready template
- Place the fields: recipient name, course, date, certificate ID and QR code
- Upload your recipient list as a CSV, or connect a Google Sheet
- Map your columns and download the whole batch as one print-ready PDF
Why not just use Word or Canva
- A PDF proves nothing — anyone can edit a name into a template, so an employer or auditor cannot check whether a credential is real. A QR code pointing to a page you control can.
- Mail merge gives you files, not records — no unique IDs, no record of what was issued to whom, and no way to look up a certificate two years later when a past student asks for a replacement.
- Verified certificates get shared — a certificate someone can prove is one they will put on LinkedIn, carrying your name to people already interested in what you teach.
What the free plan does not include
- Certificates are generated and downloaded, not emailed to recipients automatically — bulk emailing starts on the Starter plan at Rs 499/month
- Verification pages carry a small SuTan credit, which paid plans remove
